Bright is rapidly developing status as a major destination for mountain bike riders with two dedicated mountain bike parks established nearby. If you want to go freestyle both Dinner Plain and Falls Creek also offer extensive cross country mountain biking.

Mystic Mountain Bike Park near Bright is known for its mix of traditional cross country and challenging downhill trails through giant stands of Radiata Pine. The park features a number of marked loops of different lengths and difficulty including 'The Play Ground' for beginners, the 'Cork Screw' for those who love twisting and turning and 'The Hero' for the boldest of riders.

Big Hill Mountain Bike Park at Mount Beauty has rides for riders of all skill levels and varying terrain for cross country and downhill riders.

Bright OnBike was a comfortable clean unit located in a small complex off the main road heading into Bright. The property is modern and the beds very comfortable.

I believe the unit would be particulary suitable for couples, guests with disabilities, elderly and families looking for a short stay (the property has a small pool and BBQ area which would be handy with kids over the warmer months).

Kath's place is perfect for a family or a group of friends, up to 5 people. The unit is very clean, has everything you need for a short stay and a great location to discover Bright and surroundings. Its a great value for money and the small fireplace is very enjoyable and cosy at cold winter nights. I highly recommend this place.
